Job Responsibilities:
Safely and efficiently transport clients in luxury vehicles, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and fellow road users.
Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the limousine fleet.
Provide a high level of customer service, including assisting with luggage and addressing any passenger needs or concerns.
Familiarize yourself with various routes and locations to efficiently navigate through Dubai and surrounding areas.
Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger details.
Perform routine vehicle inspections to ensure proper maintenance and report any issues to the appropriate department.
Remain professional and courteous at all times, representing Didi Limousine Dubai in a positive manner.
Requirements:
Valid UAE driver's license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a luxury transportation setting.
Excellent knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
Outstanding customer service skills with a focus on passenger satisfaction.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Exceptional communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus.
Impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
