About the Role:
As a social media manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You will work closely with our marketing team to create and manage content, interact with our online community, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, videos, written posts)
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales
- Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management
- Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
- Familiarity with web design and publishing
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player with great interpersonal and communication skills
- Added Advantage: Digital Designing Tools Experience. While not mandatory, experience with digital designing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software will be a significant advantage. This skill set will enable you to create visually appealing graphics and enhance the overall quality of our social media content.
