American singer Mary Millben delivered a pointed taunt to Cockroach Janta Party founder Abhijeet Dipke after he questioned foreign involvement in Indian politics. Responding on X on October 14, she told him: “The truth sets everybody free. Even you.”

Her reply challenged Dipke's criticism of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and urged him to change his approach. It also repeated her allegation about US donors supporting the CJP, a claim Dipke has rejected.

Millben's pointed reply to Dipke

Millben addressed Dipke directly and predicted that the donors she alleges support him would abandon him if his campaign failed. She accused his approach of encouraging disorder, while advising him to put his American education and abilities towards constructive work.

She urged him to meet Modi and contribute positively to India's development. The response combined criticism of Dipke with a defence of the Prime Minister, turning his objection to foreign commentary into another public exchange.

What did Dipke say?

Dipke's post questioned why Modi was seeking American support to discredit fellow Indians. He also asked what gave foreign nationals the right to intervene in India's internal affairs, arguing that Indians could address their own problems.

That was Dipke's accusation. The exchange itself does not establish that Modi requested Millben's comments or coordinated them.

What is the foreign-funding allegation?

Millben had alleged that selected US donors were supporting the CJP as part of a wider effort against leaders they opposed. Her latest reply repeated that position.

Dipke has dismissed foreign-funding allegations as baseless. He has said a Boston University scholarship and an education loan financed his studies in the United States. The allegation about CJP funding remains contested. Millben's social-media statement does not by itself establish a financial link.

Millben backs Modi for 2029

The singer also rejected Dipke's suggestion that Modi needed American backing. She expressed confidence in his domestic support and predicted another victory in the 2029 general election. That is her political forecast, not an established outcome.

The dispute comes amid the CJP's campaign against Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision of electoral rolls. Millben's latest intervention adds a personal rebuke to that political disagreement, with Dipke objecting to an overseas commentator's role and Millben challenging his next steps.
