Nera News Corrections Policy

Learn how Nera News reviews error reports, corrects material inaccuracies, updates developing stories and helps readers request an editorial correction.

By Nera News

Nera News wants readers to receive accurate and current information. When a material error is identified, the editorial team reviews the original source, the published wording and any reliable evidence supplied by the reader.

How corrections are handled

Clear factual errors are corrected as soon as reasonably possible. A correction may change a name, date, figure, location, quotation, image caption or other inaccurate detail. Substantial changes may be identified inside the article so readers understand what was updated.

Developing stories

A developing report can change as authorities, companies, filmmakers or other responsible sources release new information. Adding confirmed information to a developing story is an update. Correcting information that was wrong is a correction.

Request a correction

Readers can use the Nera News contact page and provide the article URL, the disputed sentence and reliable supporting evidence. The editorial team reviews specific, evidence-based requests and does not remove accurate reporting only because a subject dislikes it.
