Egg Pepper Fry is the most delicious and quick egg dish which can be done in a couple of minutes. The egg pepper masala is an instant recipe with no hard work and all we need is few boiled eggs and black pepper powder handy.
Egg Pepper Fry Recipe
Materials required:
1. Egg – 6
2. Ginger, garlic paste – 1 tablespoon
3. Onion – 1
4. Pepper – 2 tablespoons
5. Turmeric – pinch
6. Oil – 2 to 3 tablespoons
7. Coriander leaves – a little
8. Salt – to taste
Procedure:
* First, boil four eggs in a pan adding salt and water.
* Cut the egg into two parts.
* Then add two tablespoons of oil to a pan, and when it is hot, place the cut egg and fry for 1 minute.
* Fry the egg until it is slightly browned, then lift the egg from the pan and put on plate.
* Now add the fried onions in the same skillet, add salt and a pinch of turmeric.
* Then add 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and mix.
* Then add the pepper powder and mix, add the fried egg and fry.
* Spicy Egg Pepper Fry ready to be eaten with chopped coriander leaves at last.
